Free Diabetes Tracker

Free Diabetes Tracker is free to use. It helps you keep a record of your blood sugar readings and explains official UK guidance. It does not diagnose or treat any condition - see our medical disclaimer.

Plus subscription

• Plus costs £2.99 a month. You pay when you subscribe and then on the same date each month.
• It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• We'll tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.

Cancelling

• You can cancel any time from your account page. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the month you've already paid for. We don't refund part months.
• Plus is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe. By subscribing, you ask us to begin the service straight away and you accept that the 14-day “cooling-off” cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies once the service has started. You can still cancel future renewals at any time, as above.
• Deleting your account cancels Plus straight away.

Your readings

Your readings are never deleted because you don't have Plus or because Plus ends. Without Plus you see the last 90 days in the app, and you can download every reading at any time from your account page. See our privacy policy.
